Spa Package Cancellations

Because the Spa services are reserved for you, please notify us 24 hours in advance for individual services and group packages. As a courtesy the Spa confirms all appointments, however it is the client’s responsibility to remember their appointment.

Payments

We accept ALL major credit cards including AMEX & Discover and personal checks. A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks.

Health Issues

Please advise us of any health issues such as high blood pressure, heart condition, allergies, pregnancy, or any condition that may prohibit a particular treatment.

Gratuity

Always appreciated – Never expected! Around 15% is appropriate.

Get the Most From Your Visit

Please Arrive a Few Minutes Early

We highly appreciate if you can arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to guarantee a hassle-free experience. While we provide a fifteen-minute grace period, kindly understand that delays may cut into your treatment time, and your slot may be given to walk-in guests.

The main purpose of our treatments is to help our guests relax. We want your entire spa experience to be stress-free. So if you’re running late, the service runs late as well and now you might feel quite stressed. Coming in several minutes before your appointment time will give you an opportunity to physically and mentally prepare for the service. You might need to find the locker, change clothes, enjoy the facilities, have some refreshments, or fill out client information forms.

Customer Requests

Feel free to request a specific gender or person for your massage or other treatments when booking an appointment.

Remove Jewelry

It is best if you don’t wear any jewelry especially for facials and massage services. Massage therapy can be difficult if we have to work around rings, necklaces, and bracelets. Also, you probably don’t want your jewelries to get oily.

No Valuables

Nirvelli Day Spa accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage of any personal belongings. So kindly secure all your belongings.

What to Wear

We don’t require any specific dress code. It is recommended, however, to remove all clothing for the massage treatments. Undergarments may be worn if preferred if you feel uncomfortable taking off all your clothes. Professional draping is performed during the entire duration of the service for privacy. We will also provide robes and slippers for your convenience.

Inside Voices

We want all of our guests to have a peaceful and relaxing experience. We request that you lower your voice when talking, turn your mobile phones off or put in on silent mode, as well so as not to disturb the other guests.

Communicate With Your Therapist/Service Provider

Don’t hesitate to tell your service provider if the massage is too firm or not firm enough. If you are very pleased with the service, or if a certain massage technique felt really good, let them know. It helps them become better at what they do and tailor future visits accordingly for you.
